P3 Ultimate Rifle Monopod Installation

Step 1:
[DETAIL A PHOTO] Loosen Tension Nut (2) until Tension Stud (7) is flush with the body and position links.

Step 2:
Slide onto Rear Swivel Stud (19).

Step 3:
[DETAIL B PHOTO] Push Monopod forward so links connect and tighten Tension Nut (2).

Step 4:
Reverse steps for removal.

Note:  If the Rear Swivel Stud is countersunk into the stock, it needs to be shimmed out with the Swivel Stud Washer provided.

Note:  When collapsing the Rifle Monopod, collapse the Cam Locking Stage first to avoid any spring binding.

Note:  For tactical use – Installing two Rear Sling Swivel Studs will allow for two Rifle Monopod attachment points, one of which will be lower than the other for use with short bipods.  The unused stud can also be used for the sling, so the Rifle Monopod can be removed without removing the sling from the Rifle Monopod.

P3 Ultimate Rifle Monopod Usage
Step 1:
Unthread the 2nd Stage a few turns so there will be movement up and down for fine tuning.

Step 2:
Loosen up the 1st Stage Cam by turning it clockwise or counter clockwise.  Let it pop out until it contacts the surface below.

Step 3:
If more length is required, unscrew more of the threaded 2nd Stage.

Step 4:
Move the firearm up and down until close to point of aim and Cam Lock it into place.

Step 5:
Make sure that the Cam Lock is tight or it will come loose when making the threaded fine tune adjustments.

Step 6:
Use the threaded 2nd Stage to make the fine elevation adjustments.
